First time at this location and I will be back if it I have to. Demetri was kind and patient with me as I changed a million things and also made a point to sell me the most economical options for shipping. Thankful for the experience!

This place is a joke, they are incompetent. Screw the fact that it's the holidays. I have had many other packages from literally every other delivery company get ordered and arrived long before they can even tell me where my package is. Avoid doing business with FedEx at all costs.

Unfriendly management and staff. When entering the store I was never greeted but everyone else behind me the manager made sure he greeted. Standing there I slowly watched the employees pretend to work. When the manager called me next I explained to him that I needed help to ship a package and print a shipping label. Before I could finish my sentence the one team member (who was closely listening while fake working) rushed to the back of the store. The manager gave me a email address to print too and pointed me by the printers. Standing there I was confused and read anything that could help me. I stood there for 25 minutes and decided not to ship at that location.

Spacious facility, easy to navigate. Staff was responsive and helpful. Very accommodating.They were out of 8-1/2" x 11" lamination sheets, but Donnie offered to trim an 8-1/2 x 14 with rounded corners for no added cost. Turned out great! Thanks!!
