FedEx has been refusing to deliver an "expedited" package for a solid week citing "prolonged severe weather" (?) I filed two complaints with FedEx - I received neither a confirmation number nor the promised phone call from someone in a position of authority. This morning I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Given the number of unresolved complaints, my complaint and a metrocard will get me a ride on an MTA bus. Avoiding FedEx means avoiding both frustration and lost monies. Buyer beware.
