Shannon is amazing. I have been there a few times and she is the only person there but she hustles and did an amazing color job and handled all the other clients that came in !!!!!!!

Liliana is great stylist she did an amazing job, she's really good with color, especially fun colors. The salon is also nice and well kept. Christina’s haircuts are great too.

I had become unhappy with a nearby shop, and had visited here three times, and on the last visit, met Christine.Yesterday, 2 14, I called, and said I needed a beard trim, and was told that she was off, but Shannin, who took the call, and Kat, who I had on my second time, were there, suggesting I come then.I asked about 1030 today,.2.15, and was told they do walkins, and just show up.I arrived shortly after ten, sign in, and wait. After a few moments, I was told she had to make a phone call, and she wouldn't be long.After about a ten minute wait, I was told she would be about an hour.I left.

Shannon is Fantastic. I'm super picky about my hair and I've had several bad cuts lately. She took her time to listen to me and walked me through the cut. She even told me that one of my ideas would mess it up. And she was right. I'm in love with my hair.

Christy at Erin Drive, Memphis, TN 38117 cut my hair so short and thinned it out.Not only that, my permanent dye faded within a few weeks. $70 gone down the drain. She only offered to refunded $20. It took years for my hair to be full and curly. I only requested it to be shaped 8 colored for the timeframe she stated it would last.I should have known it would go wrong because she spent more time with her coworker who was married to some rapper and her 2 small children.It will take years for it to get back right. Horrible stylist and I built up the nerves to trust someone on my head.Never again will go to the location off Poplar Avenue in Memphis.I'm a woman and just wanted a simple trim and dye.She was irritated that I called and informed her of the damage.

I come in and see Lisa on Mondays and I just left and I swear she just got me in and out in like 10 minutes (if that) for a haircut that looks perfect right away. Can't beat that!

Wow! Hair cut paradise! I walked in on a Saturday and waited less than 10 minutes. Lisa listened closely and gave me exactly the hair cut I wanted. She treated me as if I knew my own hair, and was both professional and very personable. Very reasonable price, too! I've found my "hair place," and will return!
