Worst customer service ever. I’m a regular shopper at this location hardly ever have any problems besides Apple Pay not working properly. However tonight I went to this location at 8:20 ish doors was locked customers was inside. A guy walked passed he said she said don’t let me in I was outside with my babies. Looking at the time it says it closes at nine so I waited. Young lady come to the door letting other people out she yelled we closed. I stated that it wasn’t 9:00 and she yelled again I asked for a manager she said she was one I was in shock cause the disrespect was ruthless. She went to saying all other stuff \\u0026 threw her middle finger up at me \\u0026 my toddlers. Staffing is important \\u0026 customer service as well. This was so not called for. The fact she is on camera throwing a finger sign just wow. I asked why she was she upset ? I didn’t tell her to apply but since she did I expect the best customer service that money can buy let me in upsell me tell me the deals make me want to spend my money..it’s always the ones built like this too just angry for no reason

Would give a zero. Listed price forItem was on shelf a generic version. Took up to cashier was told a higher price. Went back to shelf to make sure I had exact item for listed price and I did. Told cashier and was told the price listed was wrong price. Going by price she punched in. Went next door for item got named brand and more bags than generic from dollar store. Looked on line for same generic brand and price was the same as shelf price. Sad and incompetent need better workers. Some ppl are not fools

Very unprofessional these managers and employees are late the store opens at 8 AM all they could tell me is naw we ain’t open yet no reasoning to why, it’s sad that in the black communities in Memphis this is the standard time went back everybody got a extra hour of sleep and they still couldn’t open the store on time and couldn’t tell me a time that they would be open no apologies but they let there friends in to kick it and talk guessing this is the brand of Family Dollars and as to why the store and warehouse have so many issues in the south

I went to this location today @ 1:23 a man walked in before I got out of my car and by the time I got to the door it was locked and the cashier said they were closed and turned away. I was so confused so I went to car and called. Someone answered and said we closed and hung up the phone. Not sure what's going on with this location. However the staff could be a little nicer. There were customers in the store. SMHRH

I like family dollar store with all the gr8 deals n items on clearance! But this particular store does not allow shopping with a hoodie on. I have gone to 15 different family dollar stores (gr8 stores btw) but have never been told to take my hoodie off or leave. Its has been freezing outside n some stores are cold too. If I cant wear my clothes the way the maker made me to wear them then they shouldn't sell shirts with hoodies attached. So I will shop elsewhere ??♀️

Horrible customer service, talking very negative about the customers in front of customers, loud,ghetto, profanity being used as if normal, attitudes thrown around when asked questions, not very nice to senior citizens, it's been a constant problem and I'm over it and something needs to be done with the team asap.HORRIFIC SERVICES!
