sign says they close at 10pm and it's 8:46pm and doors are close. Cashier just sitting there with phone on hands. If it close at 9pm they need to change their sign.

I wish I knew the name of the cashier who was working. He was exceptionally friendly and personable. We were there Saturday, April 15, 2023 and checked out at 7:06pm.

They need to fire all their employees. This is unacceptable. It was 8:15 when I took this photo. Doors are lock. The door sign clearly says 10:00pm closing. And it is not a holiday. Today is the 21st of November.The worker does not even acknowledge us. We knock on the window. She shake her head referencing they are closed. Well why are you playing on your phone at the register. Please find better employees that will not milk your clock or just shut this Family Dollar down. They hardly ever have merchandise anyway. It’s just sad how the businesses are on Hacks Cross nowadays.

I’m calling corporate because clearly the manager at this location doesn’t know their employees lock the doors an hr before closing and look at you when trying to open the door instead of coming to unlock the door. Online and the store hours are posted for closing at 10pm not 8:30/9pm.

Walked in on Feb 5th about 4:20 pm and the cashier turned some music up real loud. I ask her twice where I could find something and she couldn't hear me. I ask her twice to turn the music down and she wouldn't. Wanted to pull her over the counter but I refrained. I'm white -maybe that mattered to her but she showed her attitude!

I walked in was greeted by the cashiers and one of the associates heard someone tell me happy birthday and they all said happy birthday. A few seconds later I heard go shorty it's your birthday that put a smile on my face. The place is organized clean and joyful. Checkout is fast and easy. I was very pleased with my purchase and the fun that the associates had with me as a customer I suggest everyone give this location a try.
