Showed up to get my online order from the Family Dollar website, no one had a clue about it. Tried to call the store to follow up after getting an email on the same order, no one answers the phone after 15 minutes of ringing. Deserves 0 stars!!!

I came to store on Monday at 830 pm and doors are Locked 5 other cars ha e been here as well you show your hours of operation to be open til 9pm

One the best Family Dollar stores in the Memphis area ! The staff is always polite and knowledgeable. The store is ALWAYS clean and well organized. If they do not have something , they will try to get it for you whether they have to order it or ask other stores if they have the item in stock.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I did find all the items on my list. Go in and got out. I appreciate our essential workers and their patience during these critical times. The store was well stocked and organized!

Always great service, Shonda the manager there is so helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure to find anything that you need. Plus they are always neatly stocked and clean.

They close at 9:00 on a Sunday & I came @8:40 so why would the doors be locked ? It’s NEVER busy so that’s just being lazy.
