Bad experience an employee on today pulled the ladder from under me as I was picking out a product in the store to add to my basket . She did it in a rude way . The older lady with straight black hair light skin that smoke cigarettes on her break she was training a white lady today . I did report the employee to the corporate because as a former family dollar employee that is not the way an employee should come to a customer in a store .

The worst Family Dollar I have been in since Moving to Tennessee. Management sucks and have no control. Horrible customer service. Rude and uses profanity towards their customers. I will never enter there unless I plan on calling the police and honestly it's not that serious because there are way more Family Dollar stores to go to with kind workers. Hopefully this location get shut down soon. They need a whole new team. I got your broke B***h though... Shout out to the family dollar location on Cleveland and Summer ya'll are awesome, this location need some training from you all.

I don't blame employees, just management + owners....20 minutes before closing doors locked....no admittance for customers......management + owners wrong display sign of store hours........owners is it gonna interfere your vast amount of money yall make,to keep true of sign posted of store .hours....owners + management ,it won't take long forcascascashitotocourmregister...drawer

Store was clean an the employees was nice and helpful. I'm assuming that they were understaffed and overstocked in certain areas. But overall I would share people who want a good deal.

Family Dollar has turned into a convenient store with convenient store prices. Everything is so expensive and the prices on on the shelf are lower than what is rung up at the register. Buyer beware of checkout prices.

This is MY Family Dollar store!! 2 blocks from my apartment and some of the friendliest staff I've encountered at ANY store in a very very very long time... The store is ALWAYS clean & organized and rarely are they out of whatever I went there for.
