Staff greeted me at door, knew where their products were and which lane to find item. Customer friendly if they had a buy on get 2and free offer they reminded you so you can make the option to get both. Parking was right at the door and you felt safe there.

I like this Family dollar a lot. Great customer service on Cleveland. However the one on Avalon is horrible, Customer service ??. This location is the best thus far (Cleveland).

My wife came home in tears!!! Said the manager threw her items in the floor refusing service to her over a coupon they couldn’t manage to get right. Racial discrimination was at play. Very disappointing to hear. Hopefully that manager looses her job soon.

Came by at 830pm when the store does not close til 10pm. The employee who saw me smirked and walked away not bothering to say why the store was closed or even acknowledge I was there. This has happened multiple times over the last year.
