Called to ask if I arrive 15 minutes till closing would I be okay to come in. Lady on the phone says “as long as you make it before closing (6pm) you’re good” I then get there door is locked, lady comes to the door I told them I had called and said yall told me if Im here before 6pm I was good. She asks me if Im making a purchase I said No. Then she says are loans stop at 5:40 ( I made it there like 5:46-5:47) I said that yall didn’t say that over the phone and she says I apologize about that. So they had me travel 20 minutes wasting my time and gas all because the person who answered the phone doesn’t know how to explain the rules or even ask questions.

As soon as I walked in Chelle greeted me with a greeting and smile. She explained the process throughly and made sure I understood. Customer service is everything to me and she was excellent. Chelle thank you for your help. If you visit this location all staff were pleasant but she is the goat!

I tooked a tree trimmer to pawn, but didn't have the battery that goes with it so I was able to pawn it. The cashier was very professional and friendly and the store was clean, organized and the parking lot was clean also.
