If you want to use your points go to another Exxon. For some reason this is the only location that doesn’t allow for Exxon points to be used. The one by my job in Germantown never has issues. Starting to think they just don’t want patrons to use their points for purchases.

I broke down close by this gas station the other day. I was able to purchase a gas tank, some gas, and walk back to my vehicle! Later, when I came back to get more gas, the guy asked how I was doing and stated that he saw me earlier broken down close by. everything is OK now. It's the littlest of things. Thank you!

I purchased an item and was overcharged. The cashier claimed he could not refund me the difference, a manager had to authorize it. However, he promised the next time I came in, he would give me my refund. When I came in, he acted like he didn't know me. I get my gas there every week. I will not return. Not only are you a thief, you're also a liar. Watch your receipts and hold them responsible. I should have called the police.
