Citizen storage let allowed some people to live in the unit before which caused roaches in the unit which traveled back to my home. I had to personally come out of pocket for that! Never received any type of discount or anything. Light fixtures going out and being out for months but they claim they do weekly or daily walk throughs.Prices continued to rise by almost $100 over a span of a little over a year. But nothing new or cleaning is being done.Been a loyal customer but will be taking my business elsewhere because this company is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. They do not help you at all and are not understanding of any situation. They charge you fees out of nowhere. Despite they have not notified me at all. If I received a email before I should have received one this time as well.I don’t care what mail you sent to an address. Keep one effective line of communication.You’re better off putting your things somewhere else. They’re just going to keep raising the price to now your paying $200 for a on d $90 storage unit.

I have been renting a unit at this storage facility for quite some time. I have an interior unit. The lights have been out inside the building for months and when I last visited, several units had been broken into. The guy at the front desk was close to tears when I inquired about the situation. His frustration was real.

I have my belongings at this location 5 years. It has change ownership 3 times since.Started out at $45.00 a month now , it is $104.00 a month.I'm a travelin electrician and I've been there twice in the last year to get into my unit which I've lost my key.Each time I go there either the manager has to be there to drill the lock out or they've been robbed and they don't have a drill to drill.This is unacceptable.

This is the most unprofessional place i have been too in a long time....noone ever at the location... they say the calls are monitered but i called to the location and asked whom i was speaking to and the person said the desk... uh... I call to make payment over the phone young lady said her computer was acting up she would call me back she was calling back with a confirmation; she never called back and i had some unexplained charges on my account.. Find another unit !!

I was in there during a confrontation between an employee and a customer. I must say it is hard to find employees this professional anymore. The gentleman behind the desk continued to do his job and handle customers while he was being cussed at and berated. The woman got on the phone and proceeded to make multiple calls trying to people demanding to speak to a manager and asking for a corporate number. She even called a coworker of his to complain about his "nonchalant attitude" the whole time he kept a straight face, remained professional and got all the other customers taken care of.
