Been trying to contact the claims department regarding a shortage on delivery for 21 days now. They don’t call you back. Be wary.

Scheduled delivery for Thursday between 10 and 5 but never showed up or called. Had no explanation why they failed to deliver. Manager and operations manager not present to to take calls. Rescheduled delivery for Friday between 10 and 1 and again didn’t show or call. Delivered pallet but not a loose 8’ box. Now their computer network is down and they cannot find anything and phones don’t work.

They never pick up the same day a shipment is scheduled. The office blames dispatch and vice versa. After having this happen 20+ times, ALWAYS expect them to pickup AT LEAST a day late.

Terrible service. And expensive. I had to call 4-5 times a day for more than a week to get our product. Every day it was a different story—they said they came by our house, which wasn’t true. They said it was on the truck two mornings in a row, but in the afternoon told me it was NOT on the truck. One day, they said the truck got “stuck”. The receptionist women were friendly, but in the end no one could make anything happen.

Pay attention to the reviews!Memphis 40/240 split around 3pm on Wednesday 2/22, very heavy traffic. Highway split off, other truck trying to get over to go 40west, he went 240west. Other truck signaled to get over, had room to do so, he wasnt having it and sped up, they slowed down, he slowed down. Not sure what the heck he was doing, nothing more than road rage and endangering innocent people's lives. Psychopath LITERALLY came to complete stop to block the other semi from getting over, almost caused a pile up. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This incident was called in to your safety department when it happened. Spoke to safety director, gentleman, who said he would track the truck and address the issue. This incident was also reported to the SHP / DOT. This man has zero business having a CDL and driving a semi tractor and trailer. Thank God no one was hurt during his road rage episode.
