I stay at a lot of Embassy Suites when I travel, and this location is one of the best! The lobby, rooms, and location are a 10/10. Everything is so well done and clean. And the Italian restaurant in the lobby is delish. I'll definitely book here again.

Not staying here again.
Check-In was fine. We were running late and were happy to get into the hotel before the evening reception was over. Robert at the bar was very accommodating.
However, after a long day of driving, our kids were really looking forward to using the swimming pool.... Unfortunately, there were several people using the swimming pool who were not dressed appropriately, either without a top entirely or with a white T-shirt top with nothing underneath. Girls ranging from pre school age to adolescent age, which made us all very uncomfortable. We had to leave the pool much to the sadness of our children.
At about A quarter till 10:00 p.m., I called downstairs because our sofa bed did not have any linens and there were none in the closet. When I called the front desk to ask for linens and a pillow for the sofa bed, I was told very matter of factly "You can come down to pick them up." I was not in the mood to argue, but after staying at embassy suites hotels for well over 100 nights in my lifetime, I've never been told to come down to the front desk to pick up linens for the room when they should have been provided anyway in the room already.
When I went down to the front desk to pick up the linens, I spoke to a different person to get the linens, who told me to just call next time and they would be brought to my room. Too late, but clearly somebody at the front desk was being lazy or didn't want to bother the housekeeping staff.
What infuriated me the most was that, as I was picking up the lemons, I noticed probably 15 to 25 people leaving the pool area, shirtless, shoeless, and clearly not belonging to the hotel, as they walked through the foyer, out the door, and left the hotel. The hotel pool is being used by people who are not even staying at the hotel. And the staff is doing nothing about it.... Couple this with the fact that there are two security vehicles parked in the parking lot overnight, and the multiple reviews citing break-ins and theft of automobiles, and it all makes sense. This hotel is being overrun by people in the area who are using the hotel without staying there, and breaking into automobiles in the parking lot. The hotel is not safe, the area is not safe, and I will never stay here again. Frankly, neither should you.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Upon walking in I noticed fans blowing, I asked was the air out? Front desk denied it.. our check in was late so we immediately went to bed. The next morning I noticed it was very very stuffy. I then adjusted the AC. We went to breakfast to give the room time to cool off….room temp was at 78 but set at 65….I immediately called the front desk and was advised manager was in a meeting..after breakfast in a meeting, so I demanded to speak with someone because other guest begin to complain so I knew it was not just us. Also noticed manietance men coming in but no one was working the AC, seem as though it was an electrical issue as well.. The hotel FINALLY admitted to the maintenance problem but had no estimation on when it would be fixed. We were only given the option of stay and wait (no guarantee of AC completion)and still be charged for our room or find a new hotel and be refunded for the remaining 2/4 days left within our stay…which meant spending additional funds…we decided to leave and spend additional funds to be comfortable! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! I stopped booking hiltons a few years back and I definitely regret trying again!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms are dated, phones do not work, tv barely work, breakfast is HORRIBLE…just a very poor hotel. I write these reviews to help other people! PLEASE LISTEN!

Great hotel in the Memphis area. Pet friendly. The room set up was very nice kind of like a small one bedroom apartment. The breakfast buffet and omelet station was a game changer.

WAY NICER than the commensurately priced Hampton Inn next door, and staffed with much higher quality personnel.
I was disappointed, though, to find two big long black hairs on the bed, one on top and one actually under the covers. Bed seemed clean though, so I assumed they must have just been from the cleaning persons. Still pretty gross, though.
Also, the pump-action soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower had been ripped off the wall. Made me wonder how else they may have been ‘violated’… I guess we should all be bringing our own bars of soap to Hilton properties now.
I tried to contact the Hilton Diamond desk about this, and all they could say was “leave a review on Google”.
Rooms: Nice rooms overall, but found long black hairs on the bed.

Honestly had a good experience here. Until I got the receipt and and my pet fee and the "extra" pet fee added up to over the price of the room. I may update this when the case get's resolved, but they charged us the advertised Embassy normal $75 pet fee as well as an additional $88 pet add on. When I contacted them, they said they would get their customer care team to look into it and gave me a window of 3-5 business days for them to contact me. On their website, they actually list the $88 instead of the normal $75, but when booking, they only ever show the $88.
Otherwise a decent stay. Definitely like the remodeled look of the Embassy's today. However they still have a few kinks to work out. The Hilton Honors app could NEVER open the door, so you can't just skip the desk like I normally do. And the app wouldn't let you control any of the room's functions like it advertised. Also, the TV was logged into someone's Netflix until I forced them to log out. It's supposed to log anyone out of those services when you check out, but I guess it wasn't working that day.
Rooms: Nice. Most of the Hilton honors things like the room key via your phone didn't work. Same with controlling your room via the app. Also, they didn't log out the previous people from their streaming things like the TV says will happen when you check out.
Noteworthy details: Careful for hidden pet fees if you bring your pet!! $75 fee + additional $88 fee once you've stayed.

I had a last minute need, and they were helpful and accommodating from the jump! Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were pleasant and quick to respond, and it’s right next to the interstate. No complaints- would definitely stay again!
