Awesome place. I almost didn’t make it in fact I may have been a min or two after 5(closing time) but the guy(Bear)could see I was on complete flat and no hope of making it anywhere else so he went ahead and did replaced mounted air up and on the road they were super reasonably priced and friendly I would refer them to any one in need and I’ll be returning with my boyfriends car to have some mechanical work done!!!!

I called brian before i took my car to his shop it was a tuesday he said my car would be ready by friday or latest sometime the coming weekBut he kept the car nearly 2 weeks and didnt even look at itI took my business elsewhere where they fixed it in 2 hoursNever goin back to this guys

Brian and Greg are extremely dishonest peopleI took my car in to get the cooling fan replaced and when I drove it out of the shop half of the hoses were not connected and it was leaking coolant. I brought it back to them and they claimed that i broke it as soon as I drove it away and Brian was very nervous when I confronted him about itThis is one of the worst shops if not the worst shop in memphisI recommend people to not even think of this man as an option

Great customer service! Unable to arrange to have tires put on during normal business hours and they worked with me to help make a college student’s car safe again! I don’t think the kid realized the dangerous condition his tires were in. Thank you Ellendale tires! Highly recommended by me…. If that has any weight in your tire shopping:)

Brian is not only good, he’s honest. A lot of mechanics would just continue to take your money and fix what’s wrong with your vehicle but Brian actually suggested that I not put any more money in my old car. I’ve been taking my cars to him ever since.
