I had my 2004 Lexus RX 330 serviced here for many things. I had to get both axles repaired; I had an oil leak, I needed new tires, front and rear brakes replaced, flushed rotors replaced, front and rear alignment, a serpentine belt replaced, fuel injection service and valves removed, and replaced. Overall the service to my vehicle has been fine. It's driving the way it should. They did leave my check engine light on, and my ABS light is on; my tire light is also blinking. The ABS and tire light were never on before the service. Secondly, they left oil marks on their hands in my vehicle, and lastly. They left a battery pack hooked up to my battery under the hood. I was driving the car for about a month in a half before I noticed it. I returned it to the location, and we would discuss a discount for that. Well, today I returned to get a new amplifier put in my car. I was told they could take $65 off. The battery pack alone is worth more than that. For them to charge me approximately $800 to install an amplifier, I would think I could at least get the value of the battery pack off. It's not like I ever owed them money, and I paid all my repairs the day they were done in full. All in all the service was fast and I appreciate it but if you go here expect something small not to be completed or something left in your car like a CD in the CD player that is not yours or a battery pack

I’ve used Elite Automotive for at least 8 years. The first time I knew of them I had a 1998 Lexus GS400. Murray at Elite changed my water pump, timing chain, oil seals, and tuned the engine for 1/3 of what Lexus of Memphis wanted to charge me…I didn’t have any issues with the work. I eventually passed that car down to my son. He pretty much destroyed the suspension….once again Murray and Lisa were there to repair it. And again it was much less than the dealership. Later on, my Lexus LS460 needed some suspension work due to wear and tear. As always and as dependable as they are, Elite Automotive was there to handle the suspension work satisfactorily. Finally, I needed a starter for my 2008 QX56. Infiniti of Memphis quoted $1800.00 because the starter was inside the engine. Elite Automotive did the work for less than half! All the work was guaranteed, the parts were guaranteed, and the work looked like the dealership did it. I have full confidence in Murray and Lisa at Elite Automotive.

Thank you Murry/ Lisa, staff and family. Thanks for the excellent services. Not having family here, they dropped my car at my job. Mr. Murry, got my car ready for along road trip across the country. My car drove so smooth. I have a mechanic and family for life.S Pemberton

I don’t recommend this shop they worked on my car I asked them to see the parts they replaced They start making all kind of excuses not show me the parts saying they already threw them to the garbage or I asked them to show me the core receipt they didn’t show me nothing stay away I wish there is zero start to review them

I had a worst experience with Elite Service Automotive and Sales. In early February, I brought my Lexus to get repair done for my steering wheel issue. When I came back to pick up my car, I found a mess inside. There were chicken bones and other food items on the floor mat and the back seat was dirty. In addition, the quote I was given for the additional key ($120) was increased by 50% to $180. Furthermore, they would not release my car unless I paid this amount. In addition, an issue with the steering wheel while they said they fixed, persisted in being a problem.I will never use this service again.

Stay away from those crooks they give me quote at first for $3402 that my whole brake system needs to be replaced ,after they done the work I still had the same issues with my car in the end the problem with my car was misfire in the injectors that’s was the only problem which would cost me $350 only to fix not $3402 the manager was rude and didn’t wanna talk about their mistake, and he wanted to charge me the whole amount after going back and forward with them I agree to pay $2700 all this money I spend could be in my pocket if they did they’re job right without taking a guess on what’s the problem with my car. Rude and unprofessionalPlus they kept my car for more than a monthStay away

Terrible staff and service by far. I still had problems with my Jeep, thus me trading it in. Just loud and ignorant people in a work establishment.
