I always come to Elite. The staff is so friendly, and I love their selection of dip colors. However, they do have one nail tech who seems to seek me out every time and screws me over. I'll spare the picture. Most recently, he cut my ENTIRE nail off to now there isn't even nail there and I'm left wondering what to do and how long it will take to grow back. He laughed when he did it, and I immediately asked him what he did and why and he laughingly said..."no pain now"- WHAT? I simply asked him to remove the ingrown which typically they do well but this guy totally screwed me over to where I'm embarrassed to even show that toe without a band-aid. Now, I have to seek advice from a physician as he left me without my entire big toe nail. I have to bandage it everyday. I won't be back for a pedicure for a LONG time and believe that nail technician needs to be released. I'm due for a pedicure, but I don't want to go anywhere because of what he did. Then he laughed...bet he wouldn't be laughing if someone did this to him.
Stylist: stick to the ladies- the male technician some how always to always seek me out and he makes me very uncomfortable and caused great damage and pain to my toe.

Very kind and considerate service. Attentive to detail and checked in for refreshments. Visiting from out of town and very impressed. Basic pedicure great prices!

Was not impressed by the service today. Lady cut me in my foot twice and both were deep cuts. After both cuts, she cut me again twice in the nails. No discount was provided and not even a bandaid. DO NOT GO HERE!

I am a regular customer at this location. I have referred many of my friends and family to them. Today was my last day going. For the last three months I have been getting a different nail tech than the man who originally does my nails.each time I was made fun of.this specific guy called my fingers “big nail”he called other techs over to look at my hands and feet as if I was a part of a circus.first visit I laughed it off..second time I was really quiet hoping they would catch on to how uncomfortable it made me.today was the third time. I literally had tears in my eyes trying to get through my appointment. One of the women he mentioned my feet and hands being big to walked over to the lady who was doing my feet and started joking about how big my feet and hands were again.i was made the center of attention while everyone laughed. I could not wait for it to be over.imagine paying your hard earned money at a facility to look pretty and you come out feeling worse than when you originally went in.we are adults…bullying is never okay.I informed the owner of what happened..paid my tab and left.ill never visit here again.

My first time on a friend’s recommendation resulting in a perfect experience. This place is super helpful with color selection, and just plain fun. The staff is so engaged and present. Fon is amazing. I honestly didn’t have much to work with, but she made my hands happy again. I’ve never had a better mani/pedi. She does wonderful work. Highly recommend!!!

One of the pedicurists was on her phone the entire time. She seemed to believe if we couldn’t understand Vietnamese that the sheer VOLUME of her conversation wouldn’t disturb everyone in the room. Not relaxing at all. Management- please explain to the ladies that part of the reason customers pay to have a ped is to RELAX! Water not very warm, towels not very warm.

I never leave bad reviews, but after every one of my friends telling me I should after seeing the carnage of my nails, I decided I would.
The lady who I had was distracted the entire time she worked on me. I had to ask her wasn’t she going to do anything with my cuticles after she finished the dip. She cut my cuticles so badly with the drill/ buffer that I had to get her to stop to stop the bleeding. Then she wiped my fingers with a dirty towel. I had to wear bandages on 2 of my fingers for the entire weekend and any time a bandaid was off, it would start bleeding again.
She also dug into my toenails very badly. My big toe polish was messed up, but I didn’t want her working on me anymore bc I was in pain and just wanted to try out of there. And my dip nails came off MONDAY…I got the mani late Thursday night. Don’t use Nina if you go here unless you have a high threshold for pain.

SENSATIONAL!!! What a great experience. My first pedicure and it was awesome. Lynn did a fabulous job. My wife and daughter have come here for years, but this was my first time. Very relaxing and reinvigorating. Highly recommend this place.

Will never go to this place again. The lady was rude because I looked at my polishes to make sure they match due to the fact that sometime gel polish sets colors be different ( everyone knows that the toes polish be off from the nail polish). She going to turn around and say if you don’t believe me you can check. Ma’am I’m spending my hard ironed money why isn’t it ok for me to be for sure. As a nurse I’ll never say that to a patient. Also I have never seen a nail shop that can’t do a basic flower design. First nail salon that doesn’t do any designs.Services: Gel manicures

This place is not for women of color. I have been treated significantly different here , more harshly and rude compared to other patrons who are of a different ethnicity. I have only been to this establishment because of the location’s convenience in relation to my place of work. The nail tech who has done my nails multiple times has always had an attitude and does subpar, rushed work. When I brought up a concern about a mistake on one of my nails, I was told “it’s your fault because you messed it up”. I will not be returning to this establishment. I am deeply disheartened that most of the negative reviews on this business have been from people who have been treated poorly also and look like me. Also, I have not seen sanitized utensils and tools. Avoid at all costs.Services: Gel manicures
