Michelle is a joy to work with and Her customer service is outstanding. I've been buying tubes from them for years. Now as for the Memphis USPS (postal service) Horrible! The pricing for them both together was still cheaper here than getting only the stereo put in at 3 other places I checked. The guys were really nice and it took very little time to get it all done. The installer was even nice enough to stay late after hours to make sure everything was done that day for me. “I bought my speakers three years ago from Halford. They're handmade and some of his low-end speakers for amateur audiophiles like me. I can't say enough how much I love them. The sound is so clear and rich - listening to an album on them is a whole universe away from other speakers. I really adore this place and highly recommend dropping the money on good speakers.”

“I went into the store on a day that the systems were down. The rep in-store was awesome. Although, no purchases could be made, she sold me on a new phone without using their systems. I go back into the location this morning and again I was greeted with the same enthusiasm by the rep on duty. Ranging from Samsung, Motorola and many more. He decided to go with the Samsung and the $30 plan. He also purchased the screen protector, case. This was a good experience with cricket today.”

She assured me that I would receive the deal I signed up for and followed through on her promise. Bree took care of everything—she transferred all my data from my old phone to the new one, added my screen protector and case, and explained everything clearly.
