Michelle is a joy to work with and Her customer service is outstanding. I've been buying tubes from them for years. Now as for the Memphis USPS (postal service) Horrible! The installer was even nice enough to stay late after hours to make sure everything was done that day for me. “I bought my speakers three years ago from Halford. They're handmade and some of his low-end speakers for amateur audiophiles like me. I can't say enough how much I love them. The sound is so clear and rich - listening to an album on them is a whole universe away from other speakers. I really adore this place and highly recommend dropping the money on good speakers.”
