I have been using them for over a year no problems They recently did a horrible job patching some pants and refused to make it right. I do not recommend them.

I've had a very poor customer service experience with ********************** at 828 Mt. Moriah. And they have refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. On Thursday, March 16, 2023, I dropped off a couple of my very best pieces to be dry cleaned; two dresses a skirt and a jacket. On Tuesday, March 21, I returned to pick up my laundry. The black & white dress was now, dingy gray and black; my St. ****** dress and skirt which is creamy vanilla is now dingy gray, too. The owner says they'll redo them and she also questions whether I'm sure of the color of my clothes. I tell her that the clothes are discolored, and the clerk agrees that they are discolored. And I share that they have cleaned these items before and I have a jacket and a pair of pants that are the same color. She asked me to bring the jacket in so they'll have something to compare it with. She convinces me that they can redo them and make them right. On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, I return to Eastgate Cleaners with my creamy vanilla St. ****** ******* They bring out the black & white dress and it has signs of improvement, but not as white as it was. The St. ****** dress is somewhat creamy vanilla, but the skirt, you can tell that they cleaned and recleaned it, unsuccessfully to get it as near creamy vanilla as they could, but you can see that the quality of the skirt is at best, diminished. The owner and the same clerk argued that the clothes were same color as the jacket. Clearly these are my clothes and I know what my clothes look. The owner then says that her employee said this is what the clothes looked like when I dropped them off. Eastgate Cleaners used and abuse my trust and refused to take ownership of their mistakes. I trusted that Eastgate Cleaners would do right by me and they violated that trust and now they are refusing to take ownership of their mistake. My advice to those that use Eastgate Cleaners, this could happen to you. So, be aware that I have put you on notice.

Great.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great job with my shirts and pants! Collars and cuffs cleaned like new and ready in just a couple of days. Look for their specials on weekday dropouts for pants. Well worth the planning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Lost 5 pair of pants of mine and refused to do anything about it. They even refused to respond to the Better Businss Bureau request for an explanation. Terrible experience.

I have used this cleaner regularly for dress shirts and less often for dry cleaning. I have had a few problems with buttons as other reviewers have mentioned, but no more so that other laundries.I continue to use them because the staff is friendly and helpful and because they are very consistent about getting my items done on the same day.I did have a mixup once where some of my shirts got "lost" (sent home with someone else), but I understand that these things happen. I did get the shirts back in a couple of days.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Lost THREE formal work shirts and refused to do anything about it claiming ‘they don’t make mistakes’. A couple hundred dollars down the drain. Poor customer service and poor policies. DO NOT GO.

After 5 years of decent service with no questions asked. They totally ripped me off and I will never return. Apparently money hungry . I will find another cleaner

I have used this cleaner for over 10 years. Recently they have done poorly and given me others stuff. After they called to tell me someone had returned a pair of my pants I discovered I was missing 4 pairs of uniform pants. Went by several times and they told me each time the manager would call, guess what no call. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!

I've officially quit these cleaners despite their nice Wednesday discount. They have now destroyed at least one button on each one of my shirts. So long Eastgate Cleaners.
