Really high quality veterinary care for my elderly dog. I used to come here when I lived in Memphis during the pandemic. They helped with routine check ups and dental tartar care. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and advice from our vet and vet techs.

Great people who took awesome care of my dog as I was traveling thru town. Entire staff was cheerful, helpful, and friendly. My experience at the clinic was exemplary. Worked us into the schedule and saw us right away. Great care for my dog, and wonderful handling of our entire experience.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! I trust that my pets are getting the best care possible. I’ve seen a few Vets, and all of them have addressed my concerns or questions. It’s clean, easy to schedule, welcoming, and my dogs are happy.

We love EMPH !!! A vet tech there fostered our fur baby and we CAN NOT shut up about the love and care she provided him and how all of the staff at EMPH make all of our visits so wonderful. When talking about his upcoming appointments + daycare with friends, we have been quick to mention that going to the vet is one of our dog's favorite things to do because of the amazing staff + the outstanding care he has received there. You have customers for life in us. :)

Excellent . I have a severe allergy to CATS. The staff ensured that I was taken care of as well as Dallas. The vet accommodated me as well . She visited with me outside of the office. I am so appreciative for the professionalism and their caring spirit. Thank God for the staff at the pet hospital. How everyone went beyond the care of duty to help me and my baby dog.

My Layla has received nothing but the best care from all the staff and Vets since she was a puppy at EMPH. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Thank you for all you do to care for my pet. The staff accommodated me on very short notice and helped my dog feel better.

Our almost one year old pup was very sick and they not only took great care of him, keeping us updated every step of the way but they also treated us like family. They knew we were concerned and send us a picture of how our boy was doing while he was recovering! Great customer service!

I've always found the employees at the practice to be friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful. The clinic itself is always clean. And I have confidence in the clinic staff, particularly Dr. Fisher's time and attention to the issues presented by my two pets.

The staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. From routine visits, to walking through end of life decisions- Dr. Pannell and the staff have always made us and our pets feel so cared for.Additionally, the office is pretty and clean, and we've never experienced a wait.

We used to take all 5 of our animals there. Now we will go somewhere else. I suggest you do the same. They've gone corporate and with that, their services are suffering leading to the suffering of animals. The entire office acts like their hands are tied when before they sold out, they would bend over backwards for the sake of the pet. Now they refuse to even offer their packages for new pet members (spay/neuter & shots), refuse multiple pet discounts (took several pets there for over a decade to receive it), and everything has to be scheduled days in advance. Even when my dog was in urgent need of medical care-- their options were to schedule an appt in two days, or seek the emergency vet at 2 in the afternoon.

Excellent care by vets and other personnel. Extra care and concern about the welfare ot my pet: treated as well as they would care for a family member. Sparty is his old vivacious self. Sparty is pretty much head of our household. ?

The friendliness of the staff is amazing. I love how well cared for Ella is, and I especially love that it feels like a team rooting for her to be happy/healthy. My ability to get in when needed is always much appreciated. I feel like the debriefing after the exams is always thorough and I'm never left with unknowns. What I like best about them, overall, is the friendly atmosphere

Dr. Pannell is the absolute BEST! She has been there for us since day one with our goldendoodle and labradoodle. Hattie is now 7 and Oakley is 5 and they adore Dr. Pannell! She is always so calm, understanding and patient with us - even if we are in a panic with our mischievous goldendoodle who gets into things she shouldn't :) We recommend her to friends and family constantly!
