On February 14th, I ordered the deluxe Blossoming Medley arrangement, which is $110, and I added balloons. It was to be delivered on February 27th for my cousin's birthday. You all charge a $5.99 service fee plus a $10 delivery fee, but there was neither service nor delivery. $150 for nothing?? Where are the flowers?? Delivery was never even attempted; no one called my cousin or me. I called the flower shop at least 4 times, but no one answered. I left a message, and no one called me back. This is really bad, AWFUL business, and you completely ruined the birthday surprise.

I ordered my niece a fresh cut arrangement in a vase off their website for her birthday. She's 25, and had it delivered to her office, thought it would be a nice surprise.Thankfully, she texted me when her delivery arrived with a photo, but instead of the fresh cut flowers, the photo was of a croton potted plant in a basket. I called her to make sure it wasn't a joke, which it wasn't, and immediately called the florist.The nice enough attendant put me on hold after I explained the problem, and replied that the card must have fallen off on the delivery truck and the orders got switched.I'm sorry, but a potted croton is a typical funeral plant, and I have trouble seeing how a driver wouldn't have questioned the cute 25 year old girl getting a plant and the funeral getting a bright, vibrant cube vase.They said they would send out a replacement arrangement of what I ordered, but it could not be there until the next day. So much for me ordering the day ahead to surprise my niece on her birthday. She had even planned to take off the following day so now had to go in to her office to pick up the flowers, lessening the fun surprise even more.I will note they did make it right in the end and sent a fresh arrangement the next day, but still not a good experience. I have to wonder if this would have ever come to light had I not been sent a photo.

East Memphis Florist created a beautiful cremation wreath for me today. They did an absolutely wonderful job. I typically order from another local florist but have not been pleased with their service on my most recent orders. I chose to try East Memphis Florist this time because I knew the late Jay Fletcher was at one time affiliated with them. They did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful and even prettier than the one I chose online! The service I received when I picked up the arrangement was unsurpassed! Well done! The sweet lady that carried the arrangement to the car for me was a jewel! I recommend them without hesitation. You have gained a host of new customers.

I was given knowledgeable service on a particular floral arrangement. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and was able to finish the beautiful arrangement and have it ready for delivery within the hour. Very impressed! And would recommend this local florist

They have excellent arrangements at a great price. For a tiny shop, they have a great array of flowers. Their pink peonies are particularly beautiful! They have christmas plants ready to go as plants! I picked up a few glass vases with succulents and air plants. They have small cards, boquets and actual potted plants for last minute gift ideas.

Great service. I ordered lilies a day after a holiday and the lilies they had didn't blossom yet. They made a beautiful arrangement including sunflowers, roses, and a few lilies they had. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered in time. Thank you!
