Do I recommend DXL? Yes. Do I recommend this particular location? No! We have had more than one instance of poor customer service here, and I'm pretty sure it was from the same lady both times. The day after my mother-in-law passed away, my husband and I went to this DXL location (as soon as we both got off work) to try to find him something to wear to his mom's funeral. We were greeted (if you can call it that) with a rude remark about the store closing in 15 minutes and a suggestion to come back another time. If you want to say something at the time of closing that is fine, but to try to convince us to leave during store hours because you're too lazy to finish your shift, is just wrong. The second instance occurred when I placed an order for store pick up for my husband's birthday. I was never notified about when I could pick up the items I purchased, so I called to inquire the day after I placed the order. I was told one of the 2 items I purchased was unavailable, and they would refund my money. I voiced my frustration about not being notified of this sooner and not being given the option to have the item delivered from another store. I asked why them why they took my money if it is an item they don't have in stock. She said, "There are a lot of dishonest people. I've had $6,000 worth of Ralph Lauren items stolen." I told her I was sorry about that, but it had nothing to do with my order. I had already paid for my products. I was so frustrated with her attitude I had her cancel my order completely.

Meet the most amazing Person Richard while we were shopping there. Very kinda and respectful worker there. Asked if we needed help and was able to provide assistance very fast. He's a wonderful employee and I would greatly recommend talking with him if you have the time.

Excellent selection of clothing. Amy, the manager, is awesome. Superb customer service. So glad this is a "one stop shop" and don't have to visit multiple stores to get everything I need.
