Can’t make a simple latte. These workers have no background of coffee/espresso beverages, just in there winging it I assume. So disappointed! Matcha lattes are not supposed to be powdery!!! & also don’t get aggressive when I tell you that it does not. Who trained y’all????

The staff literally cannot get an order right.I walked in. I am the only customer in the store. It’s 12pm on Sunday.I ordered 3 iced coffees.2 of them exactly the same (cream and sugar)1 with almond milk and sugar.An everything bagel.It literally took the young guy 10 minutes to punch this into the cash register because he was unable to figure out the UI.He forgot my bagel.I reminded him.He gave me the wrong bagel.The entire time the staff was talking about how some white people are inherently racist.PLEASE just do your jobs right I’m begging y’all.Not the first time they have not understood a slow, easy order either.Don’t waste your money or time.

Every single time I have ordered on Uber eats half the order never comes. I stopped ordering since every single order I’ve had has been absolutely wrong. I thought today would be different but no! After not ordering for months and then reordering of course they take over an hour to make your order and then proceed to not give you half your items.

I have ordered there a number of times, and the food has always been great. Today I had placed an order in through Doordash and my driver did not know what they were doing left all my food, grabbed the wrong drink and brought it to the wrong house, called up about it they said they'd keep my food warm for me and make sure everything's good if I want to come up there. So I did the staff was all incredibly courteous and helpful. Even made sure I got the right drink before leaving and were great to talk with.If y'all read this thank you so much.

Service was downright disgusting. I went in with my 5 year old daughter to get my usual, a large hot coffee with 6 cream and 4 sugar. Simple as that may seem, when I proceeded to order I was greeted with attitude and slick comments. Apparently, this was the new General Manager of the store. I was appalled by this behavior coming from a Manager so I asked for her name and she said in a really really loud tone, Charlotte. Rolled her eyes, called me the b word and walked away. I had my daughter with me and she's 5 and we were both traumatized. Never again will I step foot in this establishment and I hope Charlotte gets the help she needs. This is outrageous.

i just came to get coffee like every morning but the manager, charlotte, was being very rude. i did not appreciate her attitude, it almost felt like she was being racist. she doesnt even treat her employees very fair. she was being rude to one of the nicest employees ive ever seen, he was so nice and made the coffee great.

This location has gone downhill. I will definitely be going back to the Lakeland location. The staff here are Horrible! They have no customer service skills at all, especially the young guy who is always working the drive thru during the evening. They will have you wait for a ridiculous amount of time before acknowledging you. The longest I’ve waited was 15 minutes for someone to come to the window. And they are always out of something . Paid for cold foam and was told of course they were out. Please do better.

I placed a mobile order. I got there about 10 minutes later and part of it was ready. One of the employees looked at my receipt and said my food should be out shortly. After waiting about 5-10 minutes (which I am perfectly fine with if I'm actually waiting on my food) I walked back up to the pickup station where another employee asked me my name. I gave it to them, and they proceeded to hand me a bag that had been sitting on the counter the entire time I was there. The food inside was cold and the packaging had already become damp due to condensation.

Crew there are very friendly, know what I order as soon as I pull up to the drive thru. Always have a smile, great attitude.Wheelchair accessibility: Have 2 handicap parking spots up front, and flat walkway for wheelchair accessible, or walkers

The drive thru line was moving at snail speed. I finally get to the speaker and I'm sitting there. No one says anything, I sit for 2 minutes in silence, no one asking me to hold on or anything, so I wonder is that why the line is moving so slow because the speaker is acting up. I pull around and the nice young lady at the window, gives me a total, I inform her that no one ever took my order. She apologized and started taking my order. What made me write this review was because the young lady was doing all she could to try to help me but it seemed like the other person working with her had a problem with her taking my order at the window. I don't understand why there would be a problem, when I all I came to do was get some great coffee. I truly thank that that young ladt helped me have a good day and am hoping the woman working with her had a better day as well.
