Store manager or whatever she was that helped the clerk who was assisting me with an exchange has a terrible attitude & poor communication skills over a misunderstanding. I don’t appreciate how she spoke to me just because she didn’t know what discounts her store offered the previous day. She shouldn’t be helping customers with issues and I feel bad for the kind girl who has to work under her. Clearly has zero patience.

Was hesitant because I know these shoes are a bit more pricey, but let me say it is so worth it. I had the best experience today! Braleigh and Dewayne were so kind and helpful, and I left with exactly what I needed.

Ordered a pair of shoes online. Wrong size. Brought them in store to exchange. They reordered them for me in store and put the amount I paid for them on a gift card to reorder them. Because I got them at a discounted rate online, they scanned a few discount codes to get the total close to the original amount that I paid, but it ended up being a little lower. I didn't think anything of it because I planned to keep the shoes once I got them. When they arrived, they were two different size shoes. I went back to the same store and they reordered them again. They put it on a gift card again but this time, they got the discounted amount even lower - $15 lower than the original amount that I paid. Again, I didn't think anything of it because I planned to keep them. When the shoes arrived for the 3rd time, there was no lid on the box so the shoes arrived disheveled and damaged. I took at as a sign that I wasn't meant to keep the shoe, so I took them back to the same store to just return them. I explained to the manager (I believe his name was Darrell) what happened and he acknowledged his employees mistakes during previous exchanges, but claimed to be unable to rectify the situation and was unwilling to refund me the original amount that I paid for the shoes. If I return the shoes at this point, I will lose $15 in addition to all of the time and energy I've wasted in this entire process. Extremely disappointed and I'll never buy another shoe from this store because of this situation.

Horrible curbside experience!!!! I was hung up on the first time I called and the second time placed on hold so long I had to go inside. Don’t offer the service if staff can’t govern themselves accordingly…
