Worst experience ever! Waited for over 1-1/2 hours to pick up a SUV that turned into a midsized car, that we had "skip the line" that was WORTHLESS! Do not give this company ANY BUSINESS!

I highly recommend you stay away from this place. Customer service is nonexistent. Pay a little extra and go be happy at any of the other company’s: Avis, Enterprise, Hertz. Don’t do it to yourself.

Made the reservation 10 days prior and they yell me they have no cars ready. It's been 1 hour already and I'm still waiting at this hot car garage.
