My mother went in today. We are new to the area and my mother hates dollar general and family dollar...but she came back and said Reese the person on duty she isn't sure if she was the manager ,helped her right away. She was looking for contact solution and said Reese even walked her to it,and she said that never happens in a dollar general. My mother hates dirty cluttered environments,she said it was so clean and nice she walked around and even bought a few more items there...ty Reese and we hope Dollar general values you as much as we do!

The store never open on time. The store hours are 8am to 9pm. I arrived at 7:45 and at 8am they open the door to let an employee in. There was only myself and the employee standing there. When he open the door, I asked what time the store will open, he looked me in my face and closed the door. He could have politely given me a time. INSTEAD OF LITERALLY SLAMMING THE DOOR IN MY FACE. The store manager was aware and there for the situation.

This Dollar General never opens on time. You can go here mid day and it can be closed. There's been times it was closed all day.
