Unprofessional and rude. No customer service at all. The cashier was 9n her phone and playing with her charger the whole transaction never once spoke or anything. Store a mess. This was the dg on east Shelby dr.

Cashier had me standing in line while she was scrolling on her phone. I asked was she open and she said yes while still on her phone. Never looked up. We have to do better. I ended up using the self check out

Kelsey, the cashier at this store hates to provide customer service. I have gone to this store on 2 separate occasions & she is very rude, dry & acts as if all customers are an inconvenience to her. I have reported this to the manager, Tequila & I am reaching out to corporate now.

Kelsey is childish and doesn't belong with the public. Everyone i have ever come in contact with in that store, prior to her, has been so nice but she actually rolled her eyes and moved her neck. She was more than happy to point to her name and say 'there it is' when I asked for it. I hope she doesn't run into that same energy and get hurt. Nobody wants to deal with inflated prices AND bad attitudes.
