Store is never stocked. My pickup orders are always getting cancelled. They completed a pickup order during non operational hours,that I wasn't able to pick up. Now I have lost my coupons, and have to wait on my refund smh.

Customer service is just not the same anymore.. you trying to conduct business all the while the cashier is on a personal phone call.. the price on the shelf is different than when you check out. You have to show them the price and where you picked up the items from the shelf with the price in question. The store hours says close at 10pm and 9:30 pm the doors are closed..

Went to this location on June 18, 2023 at 1:45PM. The customer service was horrible. The cashier was very rude! Please teach your cashier’s customer service.

This is literally the worst dollar general in Memphis! You literally have to find somebody to check you out they are never at the register and they always over charge their tickets say one thing then the register it’s a $1 difference. I really hate this place and every time I tell them about the prices they always say they have to update it but this has been going since 2020 do not go here they literally charge $1 extra for everything and everyone has a bad attitude. They are always on the phone and absolutely NO HELP

Larger meat selections and newly renovated. But if you have an emergency, complaints, or an inquire important about anything, no one will ever answer the phone for you there. This establishment needs a more mature Manager to control all the young kids who works here. The social media interactions, personal phones at the check out and games need to stop.

A decent selection remaining despite today being Christmas Eve. Staff friendly and helpful without regard to the volume of (some were demanding)customers. I’d like to return once they’ve fully restocked and the crowds have calmed down.
