The place is a little chaotic and messy. It felt like a chain and not a nail spa that prides itself. My pedi nail tech was decent but worked way too fast in cutting my cuticles (and it hurt which is NOT normal); I assume wanting to get me out of there. I think turnover is more important to them than care, attention, detail and good customer service. I like when a person/place takes the time and especially care to sensitive spots. Will continue to look for my go to nail place.

Outstanding service and quality! The staff here truly cares about their customers' satisfaction. The salon is clean and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable for the excellent service you receive.

Came in on Sunday and both of us got pedicures. The technician that did my daughters pedicure was extremely rough and we said something to her she did say sorry but was still so rough on the side of her feet she left multiple abrasions. She had also stabbed her several times with tools.
My technician wasn't any better. Left my feet rough and looking worse than when I came in. The polish wasn't done to the end of my toes. I really didn't notice my problems because I was worried about my daughter.
I have always loved this place but the way we were treated this weekend was horrible. I came to speak with the manager today showed him the places on her feet and he only said he can't do anything. I should have talked to the technician. Once again I said I did. Told him we need new pedicures and he said they don't do that here. I really hate the fact that no one cares. I can't believe he said that they don't do pedicures there for this walked off while we were still talking.
People were rude inconsiderate

Do not use a gift card at this establishment, they will steal your gift card balance and gaslight you. Do not recommend this establishment.

I have been a customer for years (off and on). I went a week ago and got dip polish it only lasted two days. I went back to get them fixed, and by the time I got home the dip polish started to crack. I just went back 3/11/24 a week later to get a fresh set and they look awful the shape is awful. I love the atmosphere but the quality of service has gone down.

As I ordered a full set, my daughter asked for an ugly design. The only thing is that I will never return here. These Asian girls are too unfriendly. I don't recommend them because if you want something simple, don't think that you're going to pay 45 according to that is the price, but for every little thing. What they charge you is 5 to 10 extra dollars so be careful so I don't recommend them if you don't want to ruin your day don't come here?????? and than ask you for tip

Mani pedi. I cut my own toe nails and used a razor on my feet. Hielda started filing my toe nail and I asked her to use the drill and she huffs and gets it and comes back and says we don't usually do this and we charge extra. Well I said that's fine but they've never said that before. She does a little and I asked her to to more she was leaving it uneven and crappy. Nether the mani or pedi was done good. I had mentioned I had a graduation and wedding the next day. When my daughter saw it she said what's that and I said that's the gift you gave me for Mother's Day. She was disappointed. And said you should not have left. She didn't do a good job on the cuticles or the whole thing.

Literally the BEST nail salon. I drive 40 minutes just to get my nails done there. Great service, great prices, large offering of variety! Very fancy like, clean & comfortable. Definitely the Palm Royale nail salon of Memphis ;) IYKYK! Letty is my favorite girl-tech there! 15/10 recommend! They serve bevies including mimosas(if you drink--I don't) for FREE!

Awful. I personally felt rushed but what upset me the most is they overcharged on a full set for my daughter. $45 but they don't bother telling her or me about the EXTRA fees and have a look of shock when I'm surprised and angry about it. $9 for shape!?!? Isn't that supposed to be included. NEVER AGAIN
