I recently came to this location and the selections are endless, the customer service is top tier and they have a sales associate Named John who was an absolute Gem. He helped us and assisted other customers on the floor effortlessly. It was great to see him handle us ladies all handing him shoes at once. 10/10 experience.

The women’s department was an endless maze of expensive clothes that were each in their own designer section. There were maybe a total of 5 sale racks and no customer service. We got lost twice because everything looks the same. The only positive was that the saleslady who helped us was extremely helpful and accommodating, I think her name was T. J. There is no need for a manager to reply to this because there is nothing you can do to change it, unless you can overhaul the whole marketing concept. Please don’t apologize unless you can give me a concrete solution. Sorry ain’t enough!!

I was amazed at how knowledgeable Josue at the Creed counter is concerning men's fragrances. It was if I was in a college classroom. Truly impressive! He knew about the different spices, locations and history of the companies. I will only make my purchases through him.
