I was upset about my rate being raised. But Diane Cox did the beat she could to get me a decent rate that I can afford. I am pleased with her. Not so pleased with Allstate overall.

Never use Dianne Cox for your insurance agent! She and her staff do not communicate well and when they do, they are rude and inconsiderate. I had Allstate for home and auto for several years, but last summer I had two claims, one from water damage and one from a contractor’s negligence. Allstate therefore dropped us. Neither Dianne nor Allstate sent any correspondence. When I asked why this happened, Dianne didn’t respond to my emails or phone calls, and was rude and dismissive in person. Horrible way to treat a customer of many years.

Worst insurance company. Will never get another policy with them again. Didn’t want to pay the rest of the claim and Mrs.Cox has a nasty attitude.

Allstate is the absolute worst. They never want to pay claims. My parents have been with them for over 40 years and have paid premiums for years. When my dad wrecked his van, they cancelled the policy. when the home needed a new roof, they tried to make us pay 2 deductibles and then only said they were paying a little over a thousand. RUN from Allstate !!
