I originally came in to have a paintless dent repair performed via my insurance company.. While there,I inquired about some scratches on my driver door. I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and proceeded to make an appointment for just a few days later.. I waited while they worked and couldn't believe that they were able to finish an entire door within two and a half hours! It was dry, ready to go, and It looked like new again!Their level of professionalism, expertise, and expediency can't be beat! I will definitely be going back!Thank you again, Dents Away.

I took my Car to Ron 2 times and Both times He did an EXCELLENT job! He promised me when he's done my Car would look Brand New! It Did it was PERFECT! We attempted to have a ding removed from the quarter panel of our car. We scheduled an appointment and when we arrived at 8am on a Tuesday, no one was there. We waited for over an hour, got fed up and left. We later called to check to reschedule (we understand unfortunate circumstances). The man explained he had a medical issue and asked to reschedule as he had to close that day. We rescheduled for a week later. We finally were able to get in and the ding is better but very obvious that it remains present. It looks less like a ding and more like a ripple. We paid and chalked it up as a lesson learned. The establishment was FILTHY and shady looking as the surrounding area. There was also no place to park. We will be heading to MidSouth Dent Pro next week instead.

If I could give a lesser rating I would. Ron the owner is a lier and a rip off. After I paid him in full for his incomplete work before knowing he had put mismatch parts on my car and not even put all the parts I paid for on them saying they were backordered. My AC wasnt even working when I picked it up he said it was a relay switch he was waiting on but never gave to me. He took twice as long a expected. 4 weeks after dropping off my pick up truck it looked the exact same minus the hood which he had removed and left my poor truck sitting out in the rain with no hood. He got very rude when I complained to him and told me he wasnt going to give me the parts he said was on backorder and that I could sue him! Sorry sucker he is!!!

Did an amazing job on my Snow White! I had a minor accident and need some passenger side work done. Let's just say my car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! Awesome customer service and overall work!

This is a very low quality and highly unreliable business. Owner always has and excuse for why he can't get done on time. He then says I stand behind my work. Right!!!!! Just the opposite. please think hard before you let him take your car it will not return fixed!!!
