These are the worst people. Mechanic is drunk every day. The owner cares for socializing and not the business. My roommate worked there and his tools were all "stolen". Well if they steal from their employees then how do you think they're going to treat the public?

I enjoyed the families' personalities. They were very welcoming. As I described my situation to the man at the counter, I was offered a diagnostic, in which I would be charged $99, $109 including tax. This doesn't contribute to the issue being fixed, if identified. I went ahead and agreed to this, due to the level of concern I had about my vehicle.I proceeded to wait hours for my car to be hooked up for a diagnostic, and when they got to me later that afternoon (it was two others before me), there was a quick "check" and then the man proceeded to tell me that my car was basically at its end of shelf life and they can't fix what needed to be done. I was HIGHLY recommended to start looking into another vehicle.I have always taken care of my car and it is a 2014; not "old" at all. His mother didn't necessarily agree with what he stated was wrong with my car also. They insisted that I take it to my dealer.I proceeded to ask for the print-out of the diagnostic, as I noticed he started the conversation with "Based on what you told me, and MY thoughts are...". He said that he couldn't give me a print out. Sir, this was the whole reason for me coming to you all. I should have been made aware that you weren't able to provide a print-out, beforehand. I should have been given some other alternative of viewing the diagnostic or turned away. How do I know if a diagnostic was actually ran, or if the problem is really what you suggested? As a result, it wasn't. It was a rather simple issue in the end, and of MUCH, MUCH lesser value. Thank the Lord!I understand that not everyone may be able to find the problem. My issue is that I felt "ripped off" and paid $109 for an opinion, basically. There was no evidence of anything. I came here because it was highly recommended by a few people I know. I did inform them of my visit and they were very disappointed about my experience, also.For future reference, please inform people if you cannot provide a print-out of the diagnostic. I wasted my time and money. Thankfully, my issue ended up being minor and I was able to get my car serviced elsewhere.

For those of you that needs auto care I would like to inform you do not take your auto problems to David's Tire Center, Inc. Because I was a victim of believing in his professionalism that lead me to filing a court order, due to the fact his mechanics fail to do the job that was required of them. He and his staff lied about the repairing to my vehicle. When servicing the public one would think that a business of this nature would be truthful to the public. Before you make a decision, I would suggest you get a second opinion. The case was taken to court where by his lawyer and himself used ***** up evidence against me. That is why I am urging those of you that need car repair to please do your homework before you become a victim like me.

Wouldn’t recommend because prices are too high. I was told one price in the phone then when I got there I was told, “I don’t know who you spoke with”!, by the person I had just spoken with… Only got ones star cause I had too. My true rating is no stars!

They are the ones who installed the faulty tire)rim I purchased from Z's tire shop. After I returned and described how badly my van was driving after the installment, they test drive it, took it off & diagnosed the fact that Z Tire's had sold me a rim that didn't fit my van? they then got my original tire to speed and re-installed it. I only paid $12 and they 1. Took off the original tire and diagnosed why it was running low 2. Installed the rim/tire from Z's Tire's 3. Test drove my van 4. Diagnosed problem with Z's tire/rim 5. Fixed my original tire and replaced t back on van....all while smiling, being in good humour and displaying a caring attitude AND giving phenomenal customer service for $12???❤️ needless to say, I'll be purchasing a full set of tires from them next month and will NEVER patronize a ghetto, shade tree tire dealer again. It's not just for their service folks, David's Tire Center is run by people who treat their employees fabulously AS well as their customers.

Very rude over the phone. I will not go to them. If you can't provide good customer service over the phone, then I sure don't want to experience your service in person.
