I have been going to this tire shop for well over a decade with no problems while it was David's Tire Shop. Since it's been sold to 901Discount Tire the quality has gone down. I had them put 4 Brand New tires on my car less than 6 months ago. I ran over a nail the other day so I tried to take the back tire off to put a donut on. 3 of the lug nuts wouldn't come off the studs. I took the car there to get it looked at to see if they could fix it since they put them on. They said they would check it out. Later they called to say it was ready and they replaced all of the studs and lug nuts without checking with me. They replaced good studs also....? Then told me they don't warranty lug nuts and studs, only tires and it would cost $150. After complaining that it was not agreed upon they only charged half of that....They messed up the studs when replacing my tires and now won't back up their work.
The lack of communication between the office and shop is horrible.
David's Tire stood by their work. 901Discount does not. They lost a customer of over 10 years along with all the people I once recommended to them. ?

Fake nice people. I experienced while waiting for my service people come in with issues to which the workers talked around the issues to customers in order to not properly fix issues. I then experienced the exact same thing myself days later. Don’t buy anything from here

These are the worst people. Mechanic is drunk every day. The owner cares for socializing and not the business. My roommate worked there and his tools were all "stolen". Well if they steal from their employees then how do you think they're going to treat the public?
