Daniel and his family are so very helpful and do not pressure their customers into making a purchase. Their knowledge of jewelry and taste in their inventory is exquisite! I cannot recommend this business enough!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Daniel Yacoubian today. Upon entering the store and stating that I was looking to purchase a gold bracelet for everyday wear, Daniel stated multiple times that he does not sell “low end jewelry.” Yet I’d neither stated a price range, nor asked for any sort of discount. I was offended to have been dismissed as an unworthy client, particularly because I’ve worked with Daniel’s wife on two separate occasions to design a beautiful garnet and diamond ring and a diamond necklace. I had a wonderful experience both times with her. I considered attempting to explain that I’m the attorney they’d helped only a few years ago, but my profession should not dictate my treatment. After leaving this jeweler, I visited two nearby jewelers, Diamond Brokers and Gattas Jewelers, and had very pleasant experiences. I purchased a lovely piece from Diamond Brokers (attached photo) and will be ordering another through Gattas tomorrow. I will no longer purchase from this jeweler and will no longer recommend them.

I called trying to obtain a receipt copy of my purchase first they said they don’t go back 3 years and hang up the phone on me. Then I called back if there’s any other way they can give me proof of my purchase and they flat out said no and hang up the phone on me. All company should have a copy of the receipt unless they run some type of illegal buiness. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know and NEVER again I would buy from a mom and pop store that don’t even have a way to keep records. Not to mention Daniel and Donna had a very nasty attitude!!! They where supper nice when it’s to to pay other than than this couple showed their true colors!

I went here to sell a beautiful ring that was my grandmother's and didnt hold any sentimental value. I am young and when I walked in the front desk lady said, "I think we should look into how you actually got the jewelry." After telling her I got it from my dead grandmother and i don't appreciate the comment, the old guy came out and started yelling and cussing at me, telling me to leave. I just left thinking of how I'd sell the ring elsewhere for a down payment on an engagement ring. And thats exactly what I did and invested in a $14,000 white gold ring for my fiance. Guess the old guy wasnt interested in that. Rudest p.o.s. I've ever come across for customer service. Don't go here unless you want to be yelled at and treated unfairly. Hope this garbage store goes out of business.

We've been doing business with Daniel Yacoubian jewelers for years and have always received fabulous treatment. The owners are kind, fair, and know a lot about jewelry. I will, of course, continue to do business with them. I don't know why my review lists me as a Californian. I'm in Memphis.

I understand things are difficult during Covid. They are difficult I'm our business as well, but to refer a family member and have them treated the way they were was wrong. My ex husband is in town sorting things after his mother passed and is going through a rough patch after a motorbike accident. He decided to sell some of her jewelry to get back on his feet. I suggested Daniel Yacoubian since I had a close family relationship with his brother Jack and niece Jennifer. Upon his arrival he was buzzed in and asked what he needed. He explained that he was looking to sell some jewelry. He said that Daniel was standing outside of the wall while keeping one had behind the wall the entire time. After he said he would like to sell some jewelry he was told sorry I cannot take my mask off for more than 2 minutes to look at you're jewelry you would be better off going somewhere with people of your own kind. Daniel was never asked to remove his mask and my ex was masked. After he returned home and told me about the incident I called because I had referred him and countless more over the years. I younger gentleman answered the phone and when I explained why I was calling he said hold on then put the phone to the side and I could here them talking about me, I decided it was not worth the conversation because of there back and forth while I was on hold. Daniel called me back and said I was not a human because I hung up while on hold. I explained to him that I referred my ex and didn't think he was treated fairly. He kept repeating that I was not human and that he didn't have time for someone with a toolbox that cane in to sell jewelry. I then explained that it was a velvet lined jewelry box that was his mother that has matching luggage. He ignored that comment and repeated I don't have time for that you are not human. No one no matter who they are or what they look like deserves to be treated that way. I have never left a negative review like this but I felt that others should be aware of who they are dealing with.

I brought my wedding ring to get tightened and the man (possible the owner) said he could not fix it so I said okay. I went to James Gattas Jewelers and they fixed my ring. Don't take your stuff here! He obviously does not know what he is doing as a jeweler!!! James Gattas is the way to go plus they are much friendlier than this joke in the wall.

My husband and I just went to sell something of personal value to us and were went to all the top places.. All of Which offered us pennies in comparison. Not only was the place warm and friendly but they seemed to care. Just good people with honesty prices. Don't trust what everyone says without double checking. Go and see Mr. Daniel. I promise.

Probably the only jeweler in town that isn't going to sell you overpriced trash! He's been in this business a long time and really knows what he's talking about. We came here to get an upgraded ring for our anniversary. He went over every option and we ended up buying a custom ring through him. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Also to all the people on here trying to trade in their costume jewelry for a quick buck... He only buys quality.

I was looking for a ring and the lady was encouraging custom made. The man came out to give me a quote and says “I don’t have time to be bothered with your $500 piece.”
