DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are crooks! I night furniture from here that arrived SUPER LATE, after shopping at Ashley furniture realized I got OVERCHARGED. Terrible service and customer service. The owner talks to people like they are stupid. If I could give 0 stars I would. There are plenty of other furniture stores on the same street, just skip this one!

Dont shop here. Do not do business with these folks. They are Unprofessional I ordered a sectional yesterday the sales man name Mike said it would be delivered by 530 yesterday but no one came and I had to go to work he said that my sectional would be delivered around 930am today but I'm still waiting. No one calling telling me what's going on. I'm financing furniture I don't even have yet it seems crooked or lazy because it's not like the delivery is from out of town it's right here in memphis it doesn't take forever.

Very stretchy business. Save your money & yourself the headache by going to a cooperate furniture company.. like the one next door.Stuff is pretty but cheaply made and overpriced.Their system is very unorganized which causes tons of mess ups leading to providing customers with very low satisfaction, example; broken furniture that’s not returnable, “misplacing” your layaways, and ridiculously delayed promised delivery dates on special orders.And if you’re looking for a job, don’t go here unless you want to work a guarantee 60+ hours a week, no overtime pay, no sick days allowed, commission based only OR they might stick you with a set salary of $450 a week lmao. You might get lucky and get a 30 minute break each day you work too! You will get worked like a slave unless you’re related to the owners/partners.Location is a gem, just isn’t ran properly.

if i could leave no stars i would. this place is horrible, do not buy your furniture here go somewhere else the picture frame i bought is all cut up and they left my furniture outside they didn’t even bring my furniture in my home, the people that delivered my stuff don’t listen at all, i waited for them to deliver everything this morning and they didn’t bring my stuff till 5 hours later. and they just left everything outside. they didn’t even tell me they was here to my home to deliver my furniture, they didn’t callme they dropped my stuff off and left in a hurry, the rain destroyed my pictures i bought from them and the rain destroyed my bedroom set. do not buy from them.

If you don’t want a headache don’t buy from this place horrible service they damage my walls in my home they don’t know how to deliver furniture. They trip coming in to my house the furniture was all scraped there truck got stuck in my grass and ruined my lawn. The customer service is horrible.

Cheap Furniture @ High Price! NO WARRANTYPurchased a blue tufted sofa $2,000 cash from here three weeks ago. Today, something was sticking me through the couch. Looks like a curved toothpick but its grey (could be a spring). I called the store. Was told NO WARRANTY after 24 hours! Basically, once you buy, you're stuck.
