Poor customer service, took my vehicle in for repair from a fender bender was told no one was there that could look at it. Told to call back the following week, called back on numerous occasions and was given the run around! Even after I said if you don’t want to do it just let me know! But was promised a call back and never got a call!

Outstanding!! Dan repaired my daughter’s car. It looked better than before the accident! They also detailed it. The last time it looked that good was the day we bought it brand new at Nissan! Also, Dana was very informative about insurance and what we needed to do about the person that hit her. Always so nice. I recommend Dan Abernathy to anyone that has damage to their vehicle!

Abernathy's is hands down the best body shop in town. Everyone was so wonderful there and Dan will do just about anything to make sure his clients are happy! From the moment I walked in they treated me like family. I can't thank them enough for everything!

We have used this company multiple times; they always go above and beyond. The last time they noticed we had a slow leak in one of the tires and at no additional charge they repaired it. Do yourself a favor and go and see these guys!

I called to get an estimate for my cars damage and the receptionist immediately says “we’re booked up” and hangs up, no other words were spoken. That just irked me the wrong way and was unprofessional. Maybe they do provide a good service but I’ll never know.

Dan Abernathy is the absolute best in the business, not to mention an all around great guy. He has done all our family's body work since before I can remember. He's been on the same corner for almost 50 years and been married to the same gal for at least that long...they raised all their kids up in the autobody world and as far as I know, all are still involved in the family biz. I figure, "he's still where he was 50 years ago and he's still married to the same lady - it goes to reason that he's a stand-up guy in his work and probably a little hard of hearing as well. I mean, can you imagine hearing the same woman tell you you're wrong for half a century? Yep, he's got to be deaf as a doornail to say the least!" Just kidding! His wife is as sweet as he is stand up - The whole family are GOOD People! You won't go wrong letting Dan Abernathy fix your vehicle.Service: Auto body & trim repair

On January 16th we dropped out Honda Odyssey van off at Dan Abernathies Custom Center in Bartlettto repair a fender.When we picked up our van on Feb 2nd, we found that one of the captain's chairs was layingin a completely closed position. We couldn't get it upright to put the booster seat back in.The section of the 3rd row seat directly behind the broken seat was down also....my first impression wassomething of substantial size had been hauled in the van.The receptionist Dana ( very nice lady BTW) called Dan who in turn asked to talk to my wife. (we still hadn't left theparking lot of the shop) He told my wife he distinctly remembered all the seats being upright a few days before , but hetold her to take it to Wolfchase Honda and he would pay to have it fixed...which we did.He called the next day to say it would be $500 to fix it but he wasn't going to pay to have it repaired, because to himit was "normal wear and tear" but they did get the seat upright and we could come to his shop to get it.When I went to his shop to pick up the seat and discuss the situation, he said it was still at the Honda dealership.When I told him that everything had been functional when we dropped the van off, he insisted that they had done nothing tobreak the seat. I then pointed out that only he and his employees were the only ones that had access to the van , hebecame visibly upset and started cursing me , saying "I'm not going to fix your f&$%ing seat, I paid Wolfchase to get theseat back up because that's the position it was in when I got the van!"Needless to say... I felt it was better to leave at this point before things escalated any more.I went to the dealership and picked up my seat, where I was told that, in fact, there was no charge and Mr. Abernathy hadnot been charged nor paid anything. THIS IS FROM 2012. FOR SOME REASON IT WAS REMOVED.
