I was sent to this repair facility by my warranty company” who by the way no one wants to deal with”. I have to say I never leave reviews but these guys are awesome after 2 failed transmissions they finally got me up and running. We rely heavily on having transportation and although they was full and busy they got me back on the road. Very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. It’s people like D and b which is a small business that supports and cares about us poor folks. Thank you guys

If you have a sierra or Silverado with transmission issues don’t bring it here I payed 4800 dollars for them just to replace the torque converter again 4800 just for them to replace the torque converter it’s still sticking from 2nd to 3rd just go ahead and get a new transmission from the dealership

I dropped my truck off Monday of this week. David called and gave me a rundown on what needed to be done. He gave me the price for the job and I gave him the deposit to start. He said he would have it ready next week but actually had it ready in two days. I am pleased and highly recommended this place for your needs.

it's been 3 and a half years since this shop serviced our 92 GMC Sierra. i thought i left a review shortly after we got fixed up and back on the road. it was unfortunate that our clutch went out on us while we were traveling from Potosi, MO to Jasper, AL during the peak of the covid pandemic. without any hesitation they picked our truck up from the hotel, put us in front of other paying customers to get us back on the highway shifting gears with ease in 3 days. it definitely was worth the 800 dollars paid to replace the clutch. he told us then that it would be a possibility to run into other issues since the throw out bearing had basically welded itself to the spindle. that being said our ole red is still tickin' and this shop is forever apart of the memories we have built with our beloved pick-up. Thanks again for keeping her alive for us! if we didn't live so far away i would bring our truck in for some touch ups in a heartbeat.

Excellent shop. They exhausted ways to save me money and suggested only the fixes that were necessary as opposed to a big name local transmission shop. Great customer service and quality assessment. I had to have my car towed to them when my transmission went out. David was super knowledgeable and gave me options for repair. Ultimately we decided to sell for parts and they helped move the car to a place where the tow could pick it up. It's a small town one-man mechanic operation so there's not going to be any bells and whistles. But for good service, positive customer interactions, and knowledgeable skill under the hood, you can't get much better than these guys.
