This has been by far the best experience I’ve had with CVS pharmacies!! I only call to have my meds sent here! The staff has always been friendly and calls back shortly after leaving a message! Always helpful!! This is a rare case when dealing with pharmacies but this one is beyond the best!! Thank you to all the staff for being kind and courteous while also being prompt

I had not been to this location in a long time. However, I was very pleased with the difference I experienced. The store was more organized, I was greeted enthusiastically at the door, and the employees were so helpful on the aisle and at the register.
In particular, the gentleman working this evening was great! Wonderful display of attentiveness and customer service. I did not get his name, but he is a tall man, slim, seemingly under 40, and African American (like me). I complimented him as I left with my purchase.

Ended up with one of their pharmacy techs threatening me, her being told to leave by her manager, but he did not make sure she was off property. She ended up following me down Quince and I had to call 911. I faked going straight on mt moriah, towards the east precinct. Returned to the store to meet with police.
Store manager wanted to save his own ass and lied to police about what meds I was picking up (not a controlled substance, but monthly hormonal birth control).
A few months later there was a new manager at this store but it will never make up for one of their employees trying to physically attack me. That woman should never have been working with the public and instead of apologizing the manager tried to protect himself. Corporate tried to make this all ok but I can't ever see any cvs as a good business
I closed my business in hickory hill and moved it away from this area after this encounter. I use a mail order pharmacy now. This business is part of why my city is so crime filled. Please go some where else and don't support this cvs. It s a bad place.

Absolutely ridiculous. Scheduled an appointment to wait two hours for minimal information and to not be seen or have results for testing. Do NOT visit the Minute Clinic. It was communicated that the physician was behind. And she wasn't even there.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CVS! No cashiers up front want to work. They all have attitudes as if you hired them. I went in to return an item & it took entirely too long because 1 manager was going home, 1 manager had a nasty attitude who "wasn't supposed to be on the register" & the other worker was "new & didn't know how to do that". This location needs to fire ALL the cashiers & try again. The best thing about this location is the minute-clinic

Why did I show up at 10pm to a locked door and the staff leaving out telling me they closed. No reason just closed with a lot stuttering over words and gesturing to closing manager saying “well he the manager I’m just the associate.” I raced over to this location because knew it closed at midnight and everything else was closed. It’s the deer in headlights look of confusing they gave me after saying twice “google reads you all close at 12am.”

Person on staff helped, but I wasted time driving here to get a child size BP cuff because their website showed they have them in stock at this store. They did not.
