I must say the new automated version has got to rank poor in pharmacy quality. When I call the pharmacy number I shouldn’t be asked all of the rhetoric. I need to speak to the pharmacist or someone in the area. Most of the staff when you reach them are not customer service friendly.

The pharmacy cannot answer the phone no matter how early you call.

They don’t answer their phones. Not optimal when you are trying to see if they have the medication you need.
