I truly love the rewards and coupons that you get when shopping at CVS! Therefore, I’m able to patronize there 2 to 3 times out of the week! See, in the past I was at Wallyworld (Walmart) at least 2 to 3 times a week!

I have been given the wrong medication for my mom. They had to call her and tell her not to take the medication, I was already on my way back to the pharmacy. Now, I’m ask questions. Yesterday my mother and I went through to get her medication and one we did not recognize. So I asked questions. One lady walked off and the lady with the dreadlocks came to the window talking loud but not answering questions. Then yelled from the register “you need to call the doctor.” The lady with the dreadlocks and a light skin lady with braids are the worst. These people are so rude and disrespectful in the pharmacy, even to elderly customers. I tried to avoid these employees at the drive through. So the day when the medication came in, I went into the store. The lady with the dreadlocks was at the register. I let someone else go in front of me to avoid her. When she saw me she told the other cashier to go to back. The other cashier went to the back and came back to the register. She said someone was already back there, “Come on I’ll ring you up.” The lady I let go in front of me looked at me and said, “ain’t that something.” The lady with the dreadlocks told her, “Sign the pad!. The costumer said, “I signed it.” The lady with the dreadlocks snatched the pad, looked at it, took a long deep breath and finished ringing her up. A man walked pass me and said, “They always rude. I don’t say nothing because they might put something in my medicine.”I was checking out and the lady with the dreadlocks called the lady with the braids and said, this the nurse practitioner from yesterday. She started yelling her name as if to say report me if you want too. I went to the front counter to ask for a manager but she was not in the store. I told the supervisor what happened. She looked at me shook her head, as if this was not the first time and gave me corporate number. As I turned to leave the store and the lady with the dreadlocks was walking towards the counter where I was standing. The lady at the front counter walked towards the lady with the dreadlocks and took her to the back. I have had so many problems with the people in CVS pharmacy on Elvis Presley. I will not go back ever again. Even when they gave me the wrong medication the pharmacist did not show an oz of emphathy and has gotten smart with me on the phone since then. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. We were from out of town and needed a prescription filled so we could head on to our next destination. The pharmacy shows they close from 1:30-2:00p for lunch. We were there to pick up the prescription at 1:25p and they had already closed the see through gate over the counter. I asked why they had already closed and they said “they have to close to get ready to go on break/lunch”. I checked and the sign there at the pharmacy and at the front of the store says it’s closed from 1:30-2:00 not 1:25. Our prescription was ready and it wouldn’t have taken a minute to help us. But it isn’t about customer service here - it’s about themselves. SHAME ON CVS FOR NOT TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS - based upon what expectations you set I.e. posting signs stating your hours.

First time visiting this CVS.I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanness and how it was organized.I'm a Senior Citizen and your employees were polite,showed me how to find my product and I felt I was in a very professional environment.I will return and encourage friends to do the same.

Never have the medication I need have to drive 30 minutes to another location to pick it up when the clerk said it was close I order the medication a week ago still didn't have it when my son it's it every month this is sad someone need to fix they system

I called in my prescription on 9-10-23 and the auto refill stated that my prescription would be ready for pickup on 9-11-23 after 11am. I arrive around 330pm on 9-11-23 and my medicine isn't there. Wouldn't common courtesy allow CVS to call once they realized that the medication wasn't on the truck delivery? All medications are important especially if the medication could subject you to suffer a medical emergency. If this medication was prescribed to you by your doctor. Would you not care if it was in stock. This medication is on a automatic refill, so what's really going on?

They are unprofessional and clearly lacks the knowledge and etiquette for working in a pharmacy. The girl at the drive thru looking and acting like a chicken with her head cut off, just clueless as to what she's doing. I dropped prescription off this morning. I went to pick it up and she's tell me a price, I said I dont pay anything for WC, she goes well we called the adjuster, they never call back. In that case, she should've called me and I could have helped her. I told her to give me my prescription and went to Walgreens on down the road because Walgreens across the street are two days behind, smh. I wish I could give 0 stars, ughhh!!!

It doesn't make any sense the amount of time it takes to get 1 prescription. I've seen workers walk pass the window several times while waiting. The inside is worse. I'm waiting at the window right now writing this review. 15 minutes and nothing.

The store is never opened on time. Customers shouldn’t have to wait until cashier comes especially when there are workers there.
