The best TV Repair shop in the Midwest. This guy is a veteran who knows his stuff. He repaired 3 TV's for me and one was a 3D TV that was worth a lot of money. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Got a vertical line on my LG TV and called up LG for who in turn contracted Custom Electronics for repair. Custom Electronics was probably one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. Communication was A+ and the technician (Joseph) was one of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys I have met. He ended up replacing my panel and everything looks great now. Amazing service overall. 10/10 would use again.

LG choose Custom Electronics as an LG authorized service provider for my repair of an C1 OLED TV. I was satisfied with the timely manner in which they contacted me and determined my issue to quickly order me a new panel. The service technician Joseph was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It made for a very pleasant experience. While I hope to avoid TV problems in the future, I know I will return back to Custom Electronics for any electronic repairs!

Custom Electronics did a superb job fixing my television! Everyone that I talked to at the office was very professional from start to finish, and always kept me well informed of my repair progress. I inherited a fantastic tube amp and waited for years, knowing that the hardest part of the repair would be finding someone who knew what they were doing. The work was great, the unit is fantastic. It is clear when someone cares and is passionate about their work. Joe answered every question I had and went above and beyond. I have not encountered someone as knowledgeable and forthright in a long time. If you need work done to your audio equipment, bring it here. Full stop.
