General Manager Gerald is always very helpful. This is my 2nd time with storage here. I refer this place to everyone that needs storage.It is always clean and well maintained. I absolutely love that I am able to sleep at night knowing belongings are secured here.

The Staff is ROGISH! They Steal. I made the general manager aware that I lost my job and fell behind on my storage payment. I was told to make a payment on my storage before Oct 11th or my things will go up for auction. A young lady that worked there told my boyfriend and I that if they have their lock on your storage, they will go through your things (policy states that if it is not an active auction they are not allowed to). I had 2 tvs stolen. One of them were my daughters tv. These people do not care who they're stealing from or what they're stealing. When I made the manager Gerald aware that my things had been gone through all he said was " no one went through your things." the young lady sitting beside him said the same thing. No one got up to inspect it or to see what was going on, He didn't give me any number to any insurance company. Nothing. Which makes me feel like HE is guilty. I am not stopping until I get answers. I already have an investigator on this.

EXCELLENT! LISE WAS VERY VERY HOSPITABLE. WE HAD NO ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS. SHE TOOK HER TIME WITH US ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY ? ??

Great great GREAT customer service!! I had an issue with finding the perfect storage for my belongings temporarily & they took the time to help me IMMEDIATELY! They are clean & always ready to help. Never made me feel as if i was just a sale like the others! Atleast 40-50$ cheaper than other storage places.

Great service at this location, especially Gerald! He was very helpful and makes sure that the customer has everything needed to have a great experience. He always puts the customer first. I would recommend this location to everyone! Gerald is the best!!

Well maybe it was an off day My 1st. Time using this got assigned incorrect storage twice then finally got assigned a storage after corrections were made then that storage has items still in it so was assigned a 3rd storage bought a lock online but was told it doesn't fit after that I got locked out of gate

Manager on site was very friendly with a lot of positive energy. Seemed eager to answer any questions Storage area was clean, well maintained, well lit, and secure.

I reserved a unit. Get to the facility and the units are in use. Went to get another and sold out of that size but to upgrade I had to pay the difference, even tho it was their screw up

Upon my move-in, the GM Mr. Gerald was very helpful! He was very nice in explaining everything to me. My storage was also cleaned and ready for move-in. I will highly recommend this location to my family and friends when they are looking for a storage unit.
