Loved my drop in experience this am! Coach Justin is a great communicator and programmer. The community at the Midtown location was welcoming and encouraging. If I lived here, I'd workout here every day!

I dropped in here and had a wonderful time. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Large and spacious workout area. Lots of equipment and even a little area where you can get some drinks. Coach Brad was warm and welcoming as were the other members there. It was 5:45 am so it wasn't remotely crowded. Got excellent coaching on some movements and had a really nice time. Strongly recommend if you are visiting Memphis or if you are looking for a place to join.

Dropped in for a class while traveling. Great atmosphere and experience. Very nice equipment and has all you would need for CrossFit workouts.

Thank you to Justin and the coaches at Hit and Run for letting me drop in on our vacation to Memphis. Luckily, it was very close to where we were staying and easy to get to. Parking was a breeze, since I didn't want to run over in the rain. Justin was very responsive via email before we went and one of the members introduced me to every single person in the class as they walked in. Great community, great workout. Would definitely come back.

Drop in from out of town. Doesn't hold class as advertised on the website. Tried to call many times beforehand with no answer. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Uber'd here to find they don't have a class as scheduled.

I lived in Memphis for 4.5 years and this is where I'd say I grew up. Justin, the owner, is a genuine guy who's cares about bettering his clients. Unlike other Crossfits in Memphis, Hit and Run has full time coaches that instruct you through the workout on proper form. The programming has the perfect mix of lifting and metabolic conditioning catered towards all levels of fitness which has enabled me to drastically improve my strength and endurance. Hit and Run Helped me feel better and kept on track with my fitness goals as well as become part of a community.

Only 3 people out of the dozen there welcomed me. The workout was decent, but the coach didn't critique anyone's form (which I know mine was not good when I was getting fatigued) and he didn't encourage/cheer anyone on when people were getting too exhausted to finish the reps. To add insult to injury, when I was done with the WOD, the coach comes over and says, "You know that's 20 bucks, right?" I love CrossFit, but this drop in was not worth what I paid for it.
