Very disappointed to have walked all the way out to this location (20 min walk there and back) for it to be completely closed. The website didn’t mention this. I also DMed on IG about coming for a drop in while I was in town for work. I also called there main line and even tried to sign up on their website which wasn’t loading properly, even though I tried multiple times for hours. I could have just settled for a workout at my hotel and saved myself the 40 minutes that I wasted. Please update your google business info.

Great gym great people. Gym has all the equipment and space needed to get it done. Owner Justin was super welcoming and accommodating. My favorite place to drop in when I’m in Memphis.

Dropped in while traveling home, WOD was good, fur baby was sweet, equipment was nice and clean, lots of space to spread out, friendly people and coach justin was knowledgeable and kept it fun! 10/10 would drop in again! Received a shameless plug for the owners other passion, his breakfast spot Bedrock Eats and Sweets, also did not disappoint!

Dropped in for a noon class while traveling for work. The programming was great and Bri the coach was very helpful. Class was welcoming too. I’ll be back next time I’m in Memphis!

Loved my drop in experience this am! Coach Justin is a great communicator and programmer. The community at the Midtown location was welcoming and encouraging. If I lived here, I'd workout here every day!

I dropped in here and had a wonderful time. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Large and spacious workout area. Lots of equipment and even a little area where you can get some drinks. Coach Brad was warm and welcoming as were the other members there. It was 5:45 am so it wasn't remotely crowded. Got excellent coaching on some movements and had a really nice time. Strongly recommend if you are visiting Memphis or if you are looking for a place to join.
