Love my new windows. Crone construction was very patient with me while I decided which product to buy. The installation process was so smooth. The guys were efficient and respectful of our yard and home and super nice to have around. Definitely recommend.

Finding good, quality people that you trust to do solid work is no easy task. The folks at Crone are great to work with. They're responsive. Their pricing is fair, and they do awesome work. A tree fell on my mom's house last summer and did major damage. They completely restored and made great improvements to her new home. I would highly recommend them.

I called crone construction because of the great reviews but unfortunately they did not honor the commitment to inspect my house for a quote. When I called they said the contractor came on time but did not get a response which is surprising because I was sitting in the room right next to the front door the whole time. When I said this must be a joke she said I felt the same way and then stated that they dont have enough time to work on my house which is contradictory but fine by me. She was just rude and inconsistent. In any case, good riddance.

The best experience. Competitive pricing. Timely service. Professional installation is top notch. The best part….the windows! Our home is much cooler. Crone Construction has been amazing to work with. We used them for two projects now and they have been great. Even though our projects were on the smaller end, I never felt less important. Lee answers every phone call, every text, addresses any questions or issues and it is done FAST. I was delightfully surprised how much easier they made these projects on me. The work is quality and all their workers/subs are polite and easy to instruct. I will definitely be using them again in the future.Service: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

We used Crone Construction for window replacement, a bathroom renovation, and other miscellaneous items. The employees always arrived on time and were polite. We had the outside of our home painted and the painters did a good job. We had the windows replaced and that went well, although they didn't show up the day they were supposed to install the windows because they forgot to write down the appointment. Jeff, the window guy was very apologetic at his mistake and was great to work with on install day. Our biggest problems with the company was our main representative and the employees they hired to replace wood outside our home and to do a lot of the work in the bathroom. The work was not done well and we had to ask that things be re-done or remind them of work still needing to be done again and again. They even installed the completely wrong tile in our bathroom at one point and it had to be torn out and replaced. When we would try to discuss our complaints with our representative he was dismissive and would have forgotten entire conversations we previously had. He would tell us that we had never discussed it - despite having had the conversations via text. At one point when we had numerous complaints about the quality of the work being done he completely lost his temper and told us that we were 1 of 30 jobs he was responsible for - including million dollar projects. He said that we didn't know what we were talking about and that most of our complaints were stupid. He said he "didn't need this and could cancel our contract at any time". After that conversation we contacted the owner, Lee Crone, who worked really hard to try and correct all of the mistakes that had been made. If we had never been assigned the representative we worked with, maybe our impression of the company would be different because everyone else at the company seemed great. Everyone else apologized when things went wrong and made sure the mistakes were corrected. To date, that representative has still not apologized for how he spoke to us.

Crone Construction replaced my twenty year old rotting porch. Matt explained how they would perform the work, the materials they would use, and the time it would take to complete the job. I am pleased to say that the final result exceeded my expectations. The crew showed up for work each day and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. I was impressed by their attention to detail, their precision in workmanship, and the extra effort made to 'get things right'. I came away believing that this is 'Standard Practice' for this company. I will do business with Crone Construction again based upon this positive experience.

I am sure there are many with a completely different experience from us. But ours was not positive at all. From initial contact to job completion was 9 months. It was only replacement of three exterior doors. There was no major ‘hidden’ issues. In fact, it only took 3 days for door installation. The 7 months leading up to that was an absolute lack of communication from the employees of this company. In fact, we waited 6 weeks for the doors to find out they were never ordered. Once installed, the painter ‘no-showed’ multiple days over a five week period. Then the painters sent to finish the job were terrible. Paint on carpet, floors, furniture, etc. In one room, they painted tan trim white. I spent 6 hours cleaning up and touching up paint. So, I can’t recommend this company.
