Requesting more sales for the cases regarding the cell phone. Be more patient with the client when explaining instructions.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was helped from the time I walked into the store. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. He installed the screen protector and case for free. Recommend the best phone for my budget without any up sales. Great value for my money.

Love this cricket store. Ppl there are awesome. Didn't have the money really to replace broken phone. Sold me a trade in phone for $20. Who does that? They do!
