Id and then gone call me races after I called her out on it just sad I will not spend my money at that store crazy world

“Kimberly L.” assisted me. I came to the store to pay my phone bill because the day before my bill was due and I chose to pay the day after. She asks for my ID which I didn’t have due to me leaving it at home. So she uploaded “$60” to my account. I informed her my phone was disconnected so I would’ve expected her to add the $5 reconnection fee which would equal up to $70 “in store due to the $5 customer assistance fee.(adding $65 to my account) thus reconnecting my phone. She knew I’d return to the store because my phone service wasn’t connected. So she charge me an extra “$5” customer assistance fee to add the “$5” to my account for my phone to be reconnected. So I spent $10 more than what I should’ve just so she could get that extra customer assistance fee. And still didn’t need my ID to do either. Either she is mentally “slow” or she knows what she is doing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE.

Everything is fine except that I think that as soon as one enters and they are already asking them ? what do you need in order to say hello and ask them how one is but they treat them as if they slept with someone who neither greets nor welcomes them to the premises ?
