Cricket interrupts my phone and internet service every month about 2 days before my bill is due to force me to pay them before time, in which case I do. This time they did it and I still have no service after 3 days. I purchased my phone 1/5/23 and a sim card was not put in my phone because the sales lady said that it did not have to have one. My phone keeps giving me a message that I have no sim card in my phone and I can only make emergency calls. For the last year the have continued to disrupt my service for no reason each month and now my phone is asking me for a sim card, they never gave me. I contacted customer service and they told me to "just go to Walmart and purchase a sim card, call us back and we can update it with the new sim card number. I asked her why should I go to Walmart when I purchsed my phone from Cricket. I am a very discussed customer who has had to put up with this non-sense for an entire year. Since I purchased my phone the two sales people who assisted my were fired. I will be going into the Cricket location here in Memphis at 4237 Summer Ave today and I hope that they can resolve my issue.

I can’t thank Gersy enough for the great service. I was at my wits end trying to transfer the data from my old iPhone 6 to my new SE, but Gersy took care of it with expert speed and efficiency, while at the same time helping 3 other customers. Incredible multi-tasking, and extremely friendly customer service. Gersy rocks!

i go there today before 8 and the light is off and door is locked. i see a person inside that a lady was helping but i could not get it. not the first time that i have had problems with the lady she rude and they need more people with customer attitude in there

I came in on 2/3/20 and paid my bill with was a $108. I gave the young lady $120.00 all twenty dollars bill. My phone didn’t come on until 3 hours later and which I had to go back up to the store. Now my phone is off and they are say I own 89.00 dollars. The manager of this location call me me said an extra 108 was posted to my account and I got to pay the young lady back because it came out her check for the mistake she made now my phone is off!!!! Very piss right now
