I went to this store to get a phone charger. I asked what is the cheapest 10 foot cord you have. He said 20. I paid for it and I looked before I left the counter and it was a 5. I told him I needed a 10 and he said it was 30. I asked for a refund and he said no. Give him 5 more dollars and I can have the 10. This is dishonest and I will never go to that store agine. Really bad service. He messed up not me.

Frank was AWESOME. He helped my husband and I with an issue we both experience with our phones. He didn't try to twist our arm to upgrade nor did he try to convince is that our phones needed the upgrade. He resolved the problem for us and we greatly appreciate him.
