The most horrible customer service I’ve received. This girl name Lizbeth R was very rude and had the ugliest attitude towards my mom, when paying her bill. Won’t come again to this location. She needs to learn her manners.

I have had this service for approximately 10 years, I had never called to ask for information, today I did and the salesperson who answered does not know any information you want to obtain, apparently she ignores the services or is simply not interested in giving the information that is required, for So one star rating is a lot, let's say - to give it the right qualification...

Phone service is always great, customer service is usually OK BUT NOT TODAY! So today my brand new I-Phone went out that I purchased less then 30 days ago. I called the store to see what could be done and Jose was very rude to me on the phone by letting me know she didn’t have time to answer my question and hung up the phone in my face. It won’t be a problem for me to take my business elsewhere after being treated like that. I pay you and you give me a service. I don’t need you!

After having the same ancient phone for nearly 8 years, it was a big deal when I went to purchase a new one. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to help me get my contacts off of my old phone and onto my new one. They made purchasing my first smart phone a very pleasant experience!
